Frequently asked questions
What sizes are available?
Because I offer a made-to-measure service the simple answer is all sizes. Every shirt is made to order, to your specification.
How long will my order take to process?
That is entirely dependent on my current workload which changes from week to week, but I do aim for 7-10 working days. There may be occasions when that time-scale is not possible. Because every shirt is made to order by myself, it takes time to process and I usually have a waiting list. Most customers specify when they would like their garment ready for and I advise if this is possible or not.
I really wanted a particular fabric/colour for my shirt but I can't see it in your catalogue?
Ask. I have many other fabrics available and I can't list them in full. If you can't see what you are looking ask and I will try and source your requirements if possible.
Can I supply my own cloth?
Yes, I am more than happy to use any cloth you would like to supply, get in touch if you want any guidance on what length is required.
I would like a different style of collar/sleeve to what you have available in the catalogue, is this possible?
Yes. If you want a custom shirt, just tell me what details you would like and I will aim to meet your requirements. It is your shirt - you can pick any design you want.
Fabric Samples
Most fabric samples are free but some incur a small charge if I have to order them from specific suppliers for the customer. I can send you a small selection based on your requirements if you send me an SAE, or pay for p&p. Get in touch if you want more information
